The Northstar Knights are excited to announce that Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Jack Rinzel, has accepted a position within the organization of the Carolina Hurricanes.

Rinzel joined the Knights for the 2024–25 season and now becomes the second strength and conditioning coach in as many years to earn a promotion within an NHL organization, following Antony Organ’s move to the New York Rangers affiliate, Hartford Wolfpack in 2024.

“NorthStar is excited for the opportunity for Jack to move to the NHL and we are also grateful for his time investing in our organization and players,” said NorthStar Hockey Director, Rylan Galiardi. “Jack’s love for the players and pursuit of excellence for both himself, and wanting that for our guys, was evident every day. Although we’re sad to see him go, we know a strong man of faith will be carrying what he learned at NorthStar and investing it in others.”

Northstar’s search for a new Strength & Conditioning Specialist will begin immediately. Any interested and qualified applicants are welcome to apply by reaching out to Rylan Galiardi at [email protected]
