Knights Summer Training Program (June 3 - August 10)

Weekly & Monthly Drop In Options Available

The Summer Training Program will be open to high school, junior and college players and runs from June through August.
Every week, the players will train Monday – Thursday.

  • 30 hours of Ice time
  • 60 hours of off ice training
  • Full access to shooting bay, weight room, cold tub, sauna and Knights Locker Room
  • Full time Strength Specialist implementing and coordinating off-ice workouts
  • Knights Coaches Leading On Ice Sessions
