Knights Summer Training Program (June 2 - August 9)

The Summer Training Program will be open to high school (men only), junior and college players and runs from June through August. This is an invite only camp, those interested in being considered should reach out to Cody Wang ([email protected])
Every week, the players will train Monday – Thursday.
- 30 hours of Ice time (8:30AM skates)
- 60 hours of Off-Ice Training (7AM Off-Ice Workout)
- Full access to shooting bay, weight room, cold tub, sauna and Knights Locker Room
- Full time Strength Specialist implementing and coordinating off-ice workouts
- Knights Coaches Leading On-Ice Sessions
