Service and outreach are central to life at NorthStar because they reflect the heart of the Gospel. Mark 10:45 reminds us that “even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve”. Following Christ’s example, our players and staff are encouraged to serve others with humility and love through community service projects, outreach initiatives, and mission opportunities as they arise, —growing together as they live out their faith in practical and meaningful ways on and off the ice.

Discipleship at NorthStar is rooted in relationships and community together. In smaller, more intimate group settings, players are invited into a open space where honest questions are welcomed and meaningful conversations can take place. These gatherings focus on walking alongside one another in faith—building trust, encouraging growth, and helping players navigate their beliefs.
